What is a Chinese blessing?

We will handwrite the blessing in Chinese or provide Chinese blessing stickers to add personality and emotion to the gift. If you wish to customize the blessing content, you can copy the order number after placing the order and email it to owenwu00@gmail.com, letting us know the blessing you would like written. Please note, the blessing should not be too long as space on the postcard is limited.

What is a free shipping service?

Sent via China Post international letter – This is an economical mailing service specifically designed for letters and postcards, helping us keep shipping costs within an affordable range. Please note that since it uses regular postage, tracking is not available. In the rare event of a lost item, we will provide an electronic version as a replacement. If you have any concerns, we recommend choosing the “Shipping Safety Version” for more comprehensive protection.

What is shipping safety assurance service?

The shipping method is upgraded from China Post regular mail to the more expensive international registered mail with insurance, providing a tracking number and trackable delivery information to ensure smooth and safe delivery.

To protect the postcards from water damage, we offer free waterproof sleeves to ensure they remain unaffected during shipping. The only downside is that, since the postcard is placed in the sleeve and then inside a registered envelope, there will be no postmark on the postcard. If you would like the postcard to have a China Postmark, please choose the “Thoughtful Edition.”
