  1. Return Policy for Limited Edition Postcards
    (1) Limited Edition: Each limited edition postcard is issued in a maximum of 5000 copies and is not sold at a discount. Please confirm your decision before purchasing, as these postcards are unique and in limited quantity.
    (2) Return Conditions: You may request a return within 30 days after receiving the product, as long as the limited edition postcard remains unopened. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
    (3) Refund Amount: Once the return request is approved, we will refund the price you paid for the postcard at the time of purchase. If the stock of limited edition postcards has decreased and the price has increased, the refund will not include the price difference, and you will only receive the original purchase price.
    (4) Note: Once the postcard has been opened or used, a return cannot be processed.
  2. Return Policy for Custom Postcards
    (1) Custom Nature: Custom postcards are made according to the customer’s personalized needs, so all custom postcards are non-returnable, regardless of whether they have been opened or not.
    (2) Carefully Verify Order Information: We will ensure that the postcards are made according to your specifications, but before submitting the order, please confirm that all information is correct. Once the custom order is confirmed, it is considered final, and no refunds or exchanges will be possible.
    (3) Return Process:
    If you meet the return conditions, you can submit a return request via owenwu@cardmails.com, providing the necessary order information and the reason for the return.
    The returned item must remain in its original packaging and unused. Please ensure that the item is undamaged during the return process.
    Once the return is processed, we will complete the refund within 7 business days, and the refund will be issued to the original payment account.
  3. Other Considerations
    This return policy applies only to postcards sold through our official website. For other products and services, please refer to their respective return policies.
